RETREAT SCHEDULE
Friday
Students arrive just in time for dinner.
The evening is filled with skits, the first of many student-led talks and discussions, time for worship, games, and a fire pit and s'mores to round out the night.
Students head back to their cabin to sleep.
Saturday
Students wake up to a delicious breakfast cooked by our hardworking L.O.G. Mamas.
During the morning, we take a camp photo, play games, and hear more student talks.
After lunch, students watch another skit, have cabin time, and participate in a series of activities to help them engage with some of the obstacles they may currently be facing in their lives, finishing in a time for individual reflection.
After dinner, the evening involves another student talk, followed by a period of prayer and worship. There is a time for communion, and then a fun celebration as the longest day of the retreat comes to an end.
Students head back to their cabin to sleep.
Sunday
Students wake up, and are given time to pack their belongings before breakfast.
The morning is a wrap-up whirlwind of singing, talks, and fun activities as students reflect on their time away.
After lunch, students gather in the main room for our Closing Ceremony. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend this portion of the retreat, which includes a slideshow of photos from the weekend, the main theme of the retreat, and an activity welcoming all the new students onto our Leadership Team.
Parents take students home from the retreat venue as staff begins cleanup.
