Elisa Takaya

Director

Elisa is a TK teacher at Loma Vista Elementary School​. While Warren leads worship at L.O.G., Elisa keeps everyone on schedule and handles all administrative duties. The beating heart of L.O.G., she wants every new participant to truly experience God's love for them.

Warren Takaya

Director

Warren is a math teacher at La Cumbre Junior High School​. He and Elisa have been involved in L.O.G. since they were in high school, and all three of their daughters have been L.O.G. retreat Co-leaders. He loves getting the chance to meet new participants.

Ryan Radujko

Spiritual Director

Ryan is a Library Tech at Goleta Valley Junior High. He has held various roles at L.O.G. since he attended as a high schooler. He loves getting to know the students better, and his favorite part of the retreat is Saturday night worship.

Megan Radujko

Spiritual Director

Megan has only recently joined L.O.G., after being pestered by her husband to come since they met in high school. She is the Activities Director for Assisted Living and Dementia Care at the Samarkand, and she loves how God meets people at L.O.G.

Miranda Rodriguez

Facilities Director

Miranda has been helping at L.O.G. since high school. As Facilities Director, she is in charge of tech support, organizing, set-up and tear-down, and anything and everything else. Her favorite part of the L.O.G. process is coordinating the yearly Rummage Sale fundraiser.

Wonderful women whose children have gone through the L.O.G. program, our

L.O.G. Mamas keep us well-fed, well-loved, and well-cared-for during the retreat.​

LuAnn Miller

The retired Executive Director of Isla Vista Youth Projects, LuAnn loves sharing students' energy and excitement during the retreat. She enjoys cooking for all of the youth and staff, and both of her sons went through the L.O.G. program and were Co-leaders.

Donna Craig

Donna is retired from working at UCSB. She has two adult children, one of whom was a L.O.G. Co-leader, and 3 grandchildren. She loves being part of L.O.G. because she thinks it is unique to have a group for youth that is so focused and centered on God.

Julie Roth

Julie works for a local software company, Q.A.D. She has two adult children who both went through the L.O.G. program, and 3 grandchildren. Her favorite part of L.O.G. is seeing how God can change hearts and minds over the course of a weekend.

Janet Votaw

A retired systems engineer for Raytheon, Janet enjoys how much love can be shared with students in only the few days of L.O.G. She has two daughters, Miranda (above), and another who was a previous L.O.G.

Co-leader.

Joanne Gish

Joanne is the current director of Westmont College's Store and Mail Center. She has three children and 5 grandchildren (with one more on the way!). Her favorite part of L.O.G. is the prayer and worship time with students.

​

Stacy Radujko

Stacy is a yard duty and crossing guard at Kellogg Elementary School. She has two sons, Ryan (above), and another who was a L.O.G. Co-leader. She believes that God is doing a mighty work through the ministry of L.O.G., and is so excited to be participating in it.
